What does this mean? Our lives are full of different types of relationships with others. We have significant others, family members, siblings, co-workers, this list can go on and on. When you learn about our needs within a relationship and the patterns that you exhibit, you become aware of the boundaries you need to set with others and your areas of needed growth. This doesn’t mean that all of your relationships will necessarily improve, but your stronger foundation will help the structure of all the relationships around you.
Relationship coaching is not to be confused with relationship counseling. As a coach, I meet with individuals who are ready to take an active role in creating healthy relationships with others.
